DC Aviation Al-Futtaim is celebrating its 10th anniversary of operations in the emirate.
DC Aviation Al-Futtaim (DCAF) is celebrating its 10th anniversary of operations in Dubai, with the joint venture between Dubai-based Al-Futtaim and Stuttgart-based DC Aviation Group also celebrating its 25th anniversary.
At its launch back at in 2013, DCAF became the first fully integrated business aviation operation to open at the then-newly opened Al Maktoum International Airport. A purpose-built integrated hangar facility with lounge and office areas was just the beginning for the aircraft management, maintenance, FBO/ground handling services and business jet charter company. Ten years later and DCAF’s facility now includes two dedicated hangars, together measuring over 13,500 square metres, with a total land-side plot area of 24,000 square metres and apron area of 13,500 square metres.
The Dubai South facility also offers VVIP clients 1,300 square metres of exclusive lounge area that provides the highest levels of comfort and privacy, including shower areas, a spacious conference room and covered parking, with the lounges having also recently been refurbished.
