SHOW TIME: DUBAI AIRSHOW

News — 10.12.19

From its humble Arab Air beginnings back in ’86, the Dubai Airshow has grown into one of the largest aerospace events on the planet.

Despite uncertain times, the 2019 edition saw sales reaching $54.5 billion by close of business, with over 79,380 trade visitors making the trip to the event’s purpose-built site at Dubai World Central.

The exhibitor numbers are equally as impressive. On site were 1,288 exhibitors with 161 aircraft on static display – considerably more than the 2017 edition, which was the biggest Dubai Airshow ever.

If you add the footfall of 84043 trade attendees, numerous launches, regional debuts and conferences, it demonstrates the success of this year’s Airshow which displays a positive outlook for the year ahead.
