NEW ACQUISITIONS FOR THE LUXAVIATION GROUP

Luxembourg-headquartered Luxaviation Group continues to expand its global aviation footprint with the acquisition of two new companies: Sky Valet and most recently, Paragon Aviation Group.

As one of the largest business aircraft and helicopter operators, Luxaviation’s full acquisition of Paragon Aviation Group can now increase its customer backing providing robust support to its members through strategic sales and marketing initiatives via The Paragon Network and their Strategic Partners.

Paragon’s integration into Luxaviation’s extensive FBO network provides substantial international reach and superior services to general aviation customers worldwide. Members of the network benefit from enhanced business opportunities through group networking efforts and extended customer benefits.

The Sky Valet acquisition bolsters Luxaviation’s ExecuJet FBO network, bringing it to a robust 141 FBOs across all key regions globally. Michel Tohane, President of the FBO division at Luxaviation Group, will be spearheading the FBO integration of Sky Valet into Luxaviation Group with a special focus on the experienced staff of 90 new colleagues. “Being one of the global leaders in the FBO industry provides us today not only with the opportunity to further grow regionally,” commented Tohane. “We also have the ambition to push the green agenda of the group and of business aviation as an industry”. A recent example of Luxaviation’s commitment to transitioning towards more sustainable air transport is the provisioning of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) to its clients at its Paris Le Bourget FBO.”
