The business jet industry is gearing up for this October’s much anticipated NBAA-BACE.

This year’s NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition is set to bring the industry together in what is set to be the most epic event in the event’s history. Las Vegas is the venue, but the space is new, with the brand-new West Hall opening in the Las Vegas Convention Center. The state-of-the-art West Hall features 600,000 square feet of exhibition space, 80 new meeting rooms, and a 14,000-square-foot outdoor terrace for receptions. The aircraft will be on display at Henderson Executive Airport and organisers have reported that the demand for participation is exceptionally strong among exhibitors and attendees alike.

“NBAA-BACE 2021 is shaping up to be a special event,” said association President and CEO Ed Bolen. He added, “Although a small number of companies are not participating in trade shows this year, we’re thrilled that nearly all the leading companies in business aviation will be at NBAA-BACE, some in a very big way.”

New plans to enhance the attendee experience this year, include an expanded floor footprint for advanced air mobility technology, a week-long focus on business aviation sustainability, and an expanded program featuring sought-after thought leaders.

“NBAA-BACE will be a celebration of innovation, technology, sustainability, workforce development – essentially all-things business aviation,” Bolen concluded. “It will be a truly transformative week, as we come together to unite with each other and ignite the imagination.”

WHAT’S ON

Face-to-face networking is one of the main draws of the NBAA-BACE, however, this year visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the future of business aviation and discover trailblazing innovations during the planned 50 educational sessions. NBAA-BACE show-goers can also compare what’s on the market and view the latest in avionics at the side-by-side aircraft display. Launches will of course be covered with significant news from OEMs and aviation companies.

NBAA-BACE will be the first in-person opportunity in nearly two years to view product advancements and technology development, so manufacturers will be making most of the footfall. However, at the end of the day, it’s the aircraft that draw in the crowds and they’ll be over 100 on display at both the Convention Center and outside at Henderson Executive Airport. If you’re in the market for a piston, turbo-prop, rotary or jet, or simply someone with a passion for aviation, make your way to NBAA-BACE, held from October 12-14.

With so many new industry innovations and emerging technologies redefining the future of air transport, NBAA-BACE will be featuring the latest innovative products and services from over 700 exhibitors.
