Jumeirah Group has opened Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort, the group’s first luxury, eco-conscious resort. Located on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, the resort overlooks 400 metres of sand dunes, and a nine-kilometre white sand beach, with undisturbed wildlife including hawksbill turtles, dugongs, humpback and bottlenose dolphins, flamingos and gazelles.  It provides a luxurious, family-friendly and environmentally-sensitive holiday destination, just 10 minutes drive from the capital’s city centre.

The hotel has 293 modern, sunlit rooms that overlook the open ocean, six panoramic suites with floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies, plus eight private two, three and four-bedroom villas with their own private pools. It also includes three outdoor infinity pools, a kids’ pool and the very first Bodyism Wellness Centre in the United Arab Emirates.

The resort offers a variety of restaurants and lounges with  traditional Arabic flavours, al fresco Italian dining and all day local and international dishes. Golf aficionados will enjoy the close proximity to Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, the Arabian Gulf’s first beachfront course.
