Zurich’s The Dolder Grand is to open Blooms, a new lifestyle restaurant that offers a relaxing outdoor dining experience with an array of light, refined vegetarian or vegan creations.

Headed by Culinary Director & Chef Fine Dining Heiko Nieder, Blooms will offer a unique al fresco dining experience for hotel guests, city residents, and those visiting the hugely popular travel hotspot in the warmer months. “We are inspired by our kitchen garden – an assortment of vibrant colours, flavours, and tactile sensations. At blooms, many of the delights will come straight from our own garden; otherwise, we’ll source top-quality products from local producers,” says Nieder. Hotel General Manager Markus Granelli concludes: “Blooms goes far beyond a culinary offering – it embodies a lifestyle. Now with four restaurants in addition to seasonal pop-ups, the Dolder Grand firmly strengthens its positioning as a gastronomic haven in Zurich.”
