For that authentic touch, Bartoli exclusively uses San Marzano tomatoes and olive oils, while importing artisanal Italian cheeses such Parmigiano Reggiano from Parma and fior di latte mozzarella from Napoli for his handmade pasta and genuine Neapolitan pizzas.

Artisanal Italian food: Monno Ristorante curates beloved Italian recipes that have been passed down for generations and brings them home.

Talking of which, must-try slices include ‘Salamino di Wagyu’ with spicy wagyu beef salami and smoked mozzarella, the ‘Burrata’ pizza with double tomato sauce, fresh basil, creamy burrata and extra virgin olive oil, as well as the ‘Fruti di Mare’ pizza with San Marzano DOP tomato sauce, garlic, calamari, shrimps, tomato confit, olives extra virgin olive oil and oregano.

Located on Al Wasl Road, Monno is open daily from 12pm to midnight.
